19th Annual FOODFIGHT

The 19th Annual Jacksonville FOODFIGHT was held at the Crown Royal Touchdown Club from on Thursday, June 4, 2009. The event featured 45 local restaurants, beverage distributors and caterers engaging in a friendly competition showcasing their signature dishes. In addition to the fabulous food and spirits, there was live entertainment and a silent auction and raffle - both featuring an array of exciting items. More than 1,000 guests attended the event and enjoyed the samplings provided by the best in the industry. All proceeds benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank. Make plans to join us for the 20th Annual Jacksonville FOODFIGHT on June 10, 2010, and Take A Bite Out of Hunger! More than 1,200 attendees enjoyed the event, setting a record for money raised in support of the Second Harvest Food Bank - approximately $75,000, an increase of nearly $3,000 from 2008.
